Medical Plan

Semandex offers two PPO plans, one regional and the other one national, available to all full-time employees and applicable dependents. 

Vision and Dental

Available to all full-time employees and applicable dependents. 

Long Term Disability

Provide 70% of weekly earnings up to 6k per month.

Group Life Insurance

Available to full-time employees at 200% of the salary up to $360k maximum

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Semandex offers an FSA plan with a company contribution and pre-tax employee contributions that can be used for medical, dental, and vision expenses.

401K Plan

Semandex contributes up to 4% into each participant’s 401K account, depending on the participant’s contribution.

Short Term Disability

Provides 70% of weekly earnings up to $500 per week.

Tuition Assistance

Semandex encourages employees to advance their professional education and offers tuition assistance for eligible courses (with pre-approval) subject to a B grade average.

Time Off

Seven company-wide holidays.

80 hours for employees with one or more years of service.

10 days for employees with less than 5 years of service. 
15 days for employees with five to 10 years of service.
20 days for employees with more than 10 years of service.
